Mirena Side effects
I've had mirena for 6 weeks now. The spotting has finally stopped. And I don't believe it's made me crazy as other hormonal BC options have in the past.
However, I think it's contributing to salty/sweet combo food cravings...which is leading to some weight gain.
Has anyone else expericed cravings as a side effect?

That's the exact craving I had for most of my 9 months pregnant with #3!

AH! My Mirena must have been defective!
I've had Mirena for three years. I can't attribute any cravings to it or specific weight gain. But when I started it Todd was still nursing frequently.
I love it.
