Take it or Leave it
I got the idea for this from the mom board. Since most of us have hit our one year anniversary by now (I know there are a few left this coming weekend), I thought I'd post this.
What part of married life has been your favorite? What part has been your least favorite?

My favorite part has been knowing DH is mine. I love being able to call him my husband and to be planning our future. I know we were doing that before getting married but it feels permanent now.
My least favorite part of married life thus far was changing my name. I didn't realize how common my first name and new last name were together. Just to get my driver's license changed took multiple trips to the DMV place. Ugh! And I keep finding things that I need to change my name on. It's mostly small stuff, but it feels never ending.
Favorite part: hmmm just starting our life together. Getting settled in our apartment, decorating, etc.
Least favorite: another hmmm....balancing responsibilities I guess. T isn't big into helping me with housework. I have the practically bribe him.

Favorite part: Not having to worry about dating anymore!
Least Favorite part: Finances!
Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
Favorite: Knowing he always has my back.
Least Favorite: Knowing that the only part of owning a house that he likes is owning a house. Not the owning the house up keep part. Its annoying.
Favorite: Being married to my best friend. It's like a constant slumber party, where we are around each other all the time, can pillow talk at night. Basically everything. I love it, mainly because of who it's with
Least favorite: Mainly because of where we are at in life, having to have roommates, mainly because we're trying to save money. After a few more years, we'll be able to live comfortably
I cannot wait until then.
Favorite: being able to call ourselves a married couple, and be permanent.
Least favorite: Still having to live with others, because he is not very helpful around this house, but says it will change when we are on our own. Also, we hardly get to have a conversation just the two of us.
I completely understand that. I don't realize how much we're NOT alone until we're actually alone and talking. Someday we'll both be free
