I have no clue where she's learned this...maybe the babysitter's tweeny told her. But last night she had an idea to write a letter to Ho-Ho (aka Santa). She's 3! OMG! Anyway, so she writes her letter and tapes it with scotch tape like it's nobody's business. Then decides to tape it to the front door...goes to bed like usual. DH & I think it's appropriate to take the letter down and tell her that Ho-Ho came by to get her letter.
In the morning, it was a disaster! She was so upset that the letter was gone, despite our efforts to tell her that he came while she was sleeping and got it. OMG! I felt so bad! Luckily DH kept it and now it can reappear with a letter back from Ho-Ho.
Ai!
Re: Monday Funny - Jos' letter to Santa (I know! already?)
OMG I'm dying from laughing over here! That's so cute and I can just imagine how upset she was this morning that her letter was missing. I'm thinking that putting the letter back, along with a letter to her would make her feel much better about it.
Children just make the holidays so much fun. So what did she say to santa?
