Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

here we are, i do mine for two weeks
no peek beef tips over egg noodles ( new crockpot recipe)
french onion pork chops with potatoes (new crockpot recipe)
ham steaks and hashbrown casserole
Creamy Baked chicken with stuffing
French's French onion chicken with mac n cheese
potato soup
spinach tomato tortellini (which we had the other day)
kielbasa & pierogies
We're having:
Scalloped Potatoes with Ham (peas as a side)
Soft tacos using leftover beef roast from the crockpot (made last week)
Veggie Lo Mein
Korma Chicken curry and rice...plus maybe naan if I feel like making it.
Balsamic chicken with spinach and whole wheat couscous
If anyone wants any of the recipes let me know! These are all some of my favorites, actually.

Mon - ham steak and roasted rutabega
Tues - gumbo (made a huge batch and froze some)
Wed - tomato soup and tuna fish sandwiches
Thurs - homemade pizza
Fri - chicken strips and sweet potato fries
I've made it once before, it's pretty good!!

I pretty much stick with the original recipe on this one...which is rare for me! I might switch up how I do the spinach if I'm feeling adventurous, but the chicken and couscous is solid. :-)
