Re: baked spaghetti!

  • It's not really any different from regular spaghetti, just with the added step of baking. Boil the noodles the way you normally would and mix with whatever sauce you would usually use. Then throw a bunch of mozzarella on top and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
  • I've never heard of baked spaghetti

but i assume its like baked ziti, but with spaghetti. so follow the PP's advice. My only issue is I don't think teh spaghetti will be able to bake as long as say, rigitoni or penne because of its shape...which may not allow the cheese to melt.... so you might be better off going with a heartier pasta.

  • baked spaghettis great!! make it the way the first poster said.

  • I love baked spaghetti! I make it all the time, in fact I just made it monday & it's super easy. Boil noodles according to the box, drain & add pasta sauce/sausage. Put in pyrex dish & coat with cheese. I usually just bake about 15 mins or whenever the cheese is melted. Also, I add a little more pasta sauce than I normally would because baking will dry it out otherwise. Enjoy!
  • I boil a box of spaghetti noodles, drain, mix in a brick of cream cheese and put in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour meat sauce on top and then add shredded shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. It is so good.
