Re: Christian wives blog
Okay. The religion thread down below really interested me. I went to the blog. I tried to be open minded. I tried. I really did.
But between trying to sell "I Love My Husband" clothing and sending unsolicited letters to famous people in an attempt to give them advice to make them more secure in their marriages and lives, I just can't keep reading without wanting to slam my head through a cement wall.
Pretty much this. I have had friends in the past who screw up their lives nonstop then pray for it all to go away. *eyeroll*
Thanks for posting this!
your welcome
Don't take offense to this but if you are so against religion... why did you click on the thread named "Christian Wives Blog"? There's no need to go out of your way to post on someone's thread... you may have your opinions and other women/ people may have theirs... and for those who might be interested in a chiristian wives blog, this post was for them...clearly it wasn't for you. So just move on without hating on other people's beliefs, feelings, posts, etc. What good came of your post honestly?

^^^^^^ What she said.
I am Christian (NOT a far right wing fundamentalist), former Pagan who still believes in faeries, UFOs, etc, still a shamanic practitioner, MARRIED TO AN ATHEIST.
Why can people not coexist? My husband and I do it, and we are very, VERY happy, because we choose to focus our energy and our passions on the common ground. We choose LOVE, not because it is "God's way" or because "otherwise what we have is just a chemical reaction in the brain". We choose LOVE because it is the ONLY thing that will keep us together.
If all you can do is show hatred and vitriol for someone you don't agree with, who you claim is nothing but "a stupid bigot", even if you do not KNOW them, are you truly any better?
