I've asked my husband several times what his plans are for the Super Bowl and he hasn't made any yet, so it will probably end up just the two of us watching at home, which is fine with me.
I'm probably just going to make us some appetizers to munch on.

Re: Super Bowl Menu Plans?
Can you share how you make your edamame spicy?
I bought some last week and this sounds like a great healthy alterntative to other super bowl snacks.
I haven't actually made it yet. We had some once while on vacation that was SO good. This is the recipe I plan on using, plus I may add a dash of cayenne pepper:

A few things we've done in the past:
BBQ chicken (in the oven with sliced lemons and onions)
Crockpot pulled pork (oh. my. god. YUM)
Quesedillas (chicken and veggies between tortillas on a skillet like grilled cheese)
Roasted Garbanzo beans (another yum! recipe here)
Veggie tray
Fruit with amaretto yogurt dip (google that. i dunno where my recipe went)
Green salad, pasta salad, chips and dip, etc.
