Lok Lak Recipe (: Cambodian Dish. Simple & Tasty!

photo IMG_20130129_214340_zpsaaade61e.jpg  This is called Cha Lok Lak and it's a Cambodian Dish with lime & pepper dipping it's just regular stir fry beef on top of vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions) and what i used to stir fry the beef with is oyster sauce, you can get that at any asian market or maybe foodlion or wal mart i can't remember. just the usual stir fry and add salt or sugar and pepper if it's still missing anything, but i dont think it will the oyster sauce has all the flavors there. and i wouldnt use the stir fry sauce that sells at foodlion and etc those aren't really good stir fry sauces. to mee at least

as for the sauce it's just lime juice and pepper added a little sauce and it's a tangy taste its good you can always use a different sauce like a sweet fish sauce that's just fish sauce and sugar. maybe a little unhealthy but you can always use sweet and low (:  oh

and how you eat it, since the lettuce is really big use the lettuce as a wrap. place your beef and cucumbers and etc onto the lettuce wrap it up and dip! (:

hope you guys enjoy this!!
