Microdermabrasion Facials
For those who have had microdermabrasion facials done, can you give some personal feedback? I hear the one with crystals is best? Did you have to do more than one? I heard about 6-8 for true results. Is it really pain free?

I'm a lurker and usually don't post, but wanted to tell you that I get a microdermabrasion every month with a low grade chemical peel (30%). I don't feel any pain during the procedure, but it does feels like someone using sand paper on your face. I highly suggest getting a low grade chemical peel afterwards (15-30%) since the microdermabrasion will allow the chemical peel to absorb deeper into the skin. I have been getting microdermabrasions and chemical peels on and off for about 3 years now and don't have any brown spots/wrinkles and I'm almost 32. I def think these treatments should be used ongoing montly or every few months to keep the skin looking its best. You will probably see results after 6 treatments.
