So, I was watching I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry and there is a scene with Jessica Biel (who's body is awesome) when I thought I wish I could have that body.
Then I realized I CAN have that body if I just actually work out. I do have a great work out routine and I eat very healthily. I'm a pretty thin girl, I'm just mostly working on getting muscle tone because to me, being skinny is not sexy, you need to be toned as well. But sadly, I have a more athletic body rather than a curvy one. I don't really care about big boobs, but a butt is very important to me.
I've recently lost some weight and in doing so I lost my big jiggly butt.
What are the best work outs to make my behind bigger and rounder (I guess) and more toned? Because I'm nervous that if I do the wrong work outs that I'll lose even more of it, or is that false?
Other than buying that Brazilian Butt Lift work out video with Leandro Carvalho, which is apparently amazing, but way too expensive.

One legged squats, regular squats, step-ups with weights, lunges. You can start without weights, but increase as you gain muscle. It's not easy, that's for sure!
