I thought you might know the answer to this question: can you freeze chipotle peppers in adobo sauce? I hate buying a whole can when I only need 1-2 peppers. I usually put the can in the fridge with the intent of using them later in the week and it never happens.
I separated them into zip-lock baggies and threw them in the freezer. Do you know if they will they keep ok this way? Thanks in advance!

I would say they would be fine frozen. I have frozen other types of peppers and had no problem.

, but if you're going to cook with them, it'll totally be fine!
The only time you would run into a problem is if you wanted to freeze/thaw raw peppers and still eat them without cooking. They won't be as crisp and nice anymore as fresh.
