Hey!
lindsaymichell @ yahoo.com
have you still not gotten it?!!?!? Was trying to see if you'd be interested in purchasing a poinsettia for Junior League. I'm trying to sell them and thought you might be interested........
10" are $20 and are in red, pink, white or marble
6 1/2" are $10 and come in the same colors.
Let me know and I'll add you to my list!!! I'll deliver them on 12/8. I'm getting a couple for my parents too. Make great gifts!!!
Thanks Lindsay!!!!
ok, we're ordering them tonight, so just let me know. Otherwise I'm just going to order a mixture and then try to sell them (as I'll be out $100!!!)
We usually buy the frozen tipalia fillets that come in a bag. I either make it one of 2 ways:
Broiled Parmesan Tilapia-
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
I normally don't measure everything exactly, I guess I'm more like my mother than I thought, lol.
Mix all ingredients. Broil the tilapia for about 2 min on each side, then spread the mixture on top and broil for a couple more minutes until the sauce is bubbly. Sometimes I sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides before cooking too. I either serve this with brown rice, or make some extra of the sauce and mix it with cooked pasta...we both really like it!
The other way is to just sprinkle seasoned salt on both sides, then sprinkle lemon pepper on top, cover with foil and broil on each side until the fish flakes easily with a fork. I guess it's more "broiled" than "baked", haha...but both are super easy and tasty!
ok, I'll put you down for those and thank you SO much. I'll take care of it and you can pay me when I deliver them.
oh and thanks for the recipe!!! I've made it a similar way b/f, I'll have to try that next week.
