Toning Tuesday

I went to the gym twice last week!  I ran W1 of C25K.  I want to go to the gym 3 times this week, but it's a busy one.  Last night, H's haul was a LONG one, and I hate having Hunter crated longer than needed.  Tonight I'm getting taxes done, and H is towing...

  • Are you on dailymile? That's my favorite, favorite site any more. I can track my runs fairly easily. Are you using a podcast for C25K?

    I ran last night (almost 2 miles!) with a repeat of W2D3 of my 0 to 10K app. Sunday night, I did W3D2. I'm trying to alter sticking with my progress on the weeks with easier runs, but last night I ran a bit further than W3D2. 

    Not entirely sure I plan to run tonight. I'm pretty sure I need new shoes (ouch. DNW to spend that money!) because my legs have been really achey & last night my shins hurt so badly I had to take a tylenol PM to get to sleep. If I end up not running, I'll do Pilates. My core was so angry with me last week when I did it! I felt it for the next three days.

    What is that site?!?!  No podcasts, since I'm doing it on the treadmill I just use the timer on there.  And that way I can listen to my book.  I've done it so many times I've memorized the start stop times haha.  although I've been using the bike to warm my knee up (car accident injury) and then I've been jogging 1 min, walking 2 mins (instead of 1.5). 

    Great job on the workouts!  0 to 10k?  Interesting!

  • I actually worked out this week! I went to yoga :) It was lovely and my arms hurt afterwards!
