I have stuff planned for W/Th, but I cant recall what. Hopefully seeing the contents of my fridge jogs my memory. Then again I was a terrible grocery list maker on Saturday night and forgot most of the ingredients for chili and had to go back to the store. So it is very possible there really is nothing planned for those days...
We are doing a super low key menu this week:
-- Sunday: takeout
-- Monday: grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup from Bob Evan's
-- Tuesday: beef dip sandwiches with canned beef and barely
-- Wednesday: crock pot roast with rice
-- Thursday: Sheppard's pie
-- Friday: pizza
Jake - 1.15.08

Sunday: heavy appetizers and frozen pizza night

Tuesday: baked garlic brown sugar chicken, egg noodles and frozen veggies
Wednesday: hopefully leftovers!

Ok I was waiting for a menu post because i cleaned out and did a major shopping trip and planned a menu for almost 3 weeks!! We have a little odd schedule since DH and I work opposite and DS doesn't eat anything so we have really not cooked meals and eaten all that great in a while. I am trying to kick that habit! Eating out is expensive!! I will just start with last week ; )
Mon: Marinated Chicken and a Birds Eye new Steam Fresh Green Bean Rissoto
Tues: Easy Tortellini Toss- which is a pampered Chef recipie- quick easy and good!! http://www.pamperedchef.com/recipe_search/recipe.jsp?id=88015
Wed: Beef Roast in the Crock pot with onions potatoes carrots and then I made gravey from the juice.
Thurs: Shake and Bake Pork chops with Cream of Mushroom Rice ( soup and some milk stirred into rice) with asparagus
Fri: Pronto Pasta and Sausage Skillet- ( which is another pampered chef that I can't find on the site- hot sausage brown, peppers onionsadd and saute, seasoning, raw penne water sauce, simmer and then cover and cook 16 min. remove from heat add 2 oz cream cheese top with shredded moz. and cover to melt. Super easy and a fav or DH! let me know if you want exacts!! ) it makes enough to have leftovers another day...
