Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I actually went to the gym 2 times last week... now I just need to go this week ha!  I failed at my January goals, but I'm on the right track.

  • I don't have any specific goals...just to lose overall each month instead of gain!! I started diet and exercise again about 3 weeks ago. As of Sunday I've lost 7 pounds!! :) I haven't done well this week though :( I was sick, then I dropped my lunch at work and got PO'd and took it out by getting McDonald's...(okay, we're allowed weakness occasionally!!) but today I started back really making sure I count my points.
