On the road for V-Day.. Gift Ideas??

My Fiance and I will be moving cross country Feb 12-15th! Which MEANS we will be traveling on V-Day (In a Uhaul we rented!!) Normally V-day isn't a big "holiday" for us, but he's been doing so much for me lately! I wanted to somehow show him on V-Day how much I appreciate everything he's been doing for me! Can you think of anything reasonable I can surprise him with on the road?? Anything ideas??!! :0) ... Definitely don't have a lot of money to spend, so price range is about $40 and under...

Uh... lots of gifts are pretty portable. What does being on the road have to do with anything?
Will you guys be stopping for the night? Or driving straight through in shifts with no stopping?
If you're stopping at night, I see no reason why you can't bring a celebration with you. Whatever it is- chocolate and wine, lingerie, watching a movie on your laptop/tablet, foot rub, etc- it can probably be done in a hotel.
If driving straight through, gather his favorite snacks, make a playlist of "your" songs, get him a new book on tape, etc, stuff he can appreciate/use while driving.
