Has anyone else read divergent?

It's been too long since I read a teen dystopian fiction book, because I flew through this one, and got lucky, within 24 hours after finishing book one, the second book freed up on the library's waitlist, so I've already checked it out.

I think I still prefer Hunger Games, but if you liked those books, you'd likely enjoy the insurgent trilogy as well.

I've not, but I just read in my trusty Entertainment Weekly magazine this morning that they are making it into a movie!

Really? I read about it months ago, and finally got around to reading it when it popped up as "available now" when I was browsing the library catalog.

It's probably a good choice to make into a movie. Lots of action to keep both guys and gals entertained.

I have! I really liked the series (almost as much as hunger games). I'm excited about it being a movie too.

fyi if you like the genre there is the Matched series. I liked it as well. I'm currently reading the Delirium series too.

I liked Divergent in a guilty pleasure sort of way but I was not wowed by the second book.
