Re: OB/GYN Recs....
I delivered DD with east suburban in monroeville. They have offices in Irwin also. When I changed jobs I had to change OB / GYN and went to a practice in Greensburg SIL goes to and delivered my niece at westmoreland . Here is their site:

i haven't gone for my annual yet. SIL liked all the docs and office staff. Hope that helps.

I also use OB Gyn Associates of Pittsburgh, out of Monroeville. I adore Dr. Shaheen, but overall there's really only one doctor in the practice that I don't care for.
I've used OB/Gyn Associates of Pittsburgh in the past, and I was also very happy with them. Dr. Shaheen and Dr. Thomas are my personal favorites.
I don't know how far south you want to go, but my "regular" OB/gyn is part of Washington OB/Gyn Associates. They have offices in Washington, McMurray, Charleroi, and Waynesburg. My favorite/regular doctor is Dr. Jennifer D'abarno, but I also really like Dr. Stocker.
I also use OB/GYN Assoc of Pgh. I work at Magee, and I have a lot of respect for this group of OBs. I would recommend them to my family. To me, they are worth the drive into Oakland from the South Hills (although I do not have kids yet!). Because they are very popular, appointments can be hard to get and getting through on the nurse line can be a challenge!
good luck with your choice!
