I really like hockey and Tampa Bay LIghtning is my team. This player isn't on Tampa Bay but I found it interesting. Who is everyone's favorite player?

I'm also a huge hockey fan! Canadian girl here, Calgary fan as a kid but now that my home province has our team back, it's gotta by Winnipeg Jets. I'd have to say my favourite player at the moment is probably Jonathan Toews... playing for Chicago now but a Manitoba boy haha.

I went so far as to name one of my dogs Pickles (his nickname) and even named my Fantasy Team "The Pickled Fins"

I'm from Minnesota, which is the self-proclaimed "state of hockey," but I never really followed hockey. Then I moved to Boston for school and I got really sick of guys saying "oh, you're from MN so you must like hockey." I decided that I'd follow hockey that season...which happened to be the year the Bruins won the Stanley Cup. I'm back in Minnesota and still a Bruins fan but also like the Wild - I don't know what I'm going to do when they play each other. BF (from Boston) wants to go to the game when they're in town but I kind of don't want to - not sure where my loyalty is in that case!
