Re: Weight loss Wednesday
I have to admit that I am not doing too well. We start to get on a roll and then fall off soon after. I think that it might be because we don't have a beach vacation to look forward to this year. In past years that was our motivation. I think that I really need to get into the mindset of getting healthy for a baby.
We have made a vow this morning that we are going to stop eating bad and going to the gym. I do want to have a cheat meal on the weekends. No more cheat days!!
Do you guys allow yourself a cheat day/meal?
I went to the gym Monday. I wanted to run, but all 40 of the treadmills were taken, so I did the arc trainer. My legs have hated me ever since, including giving me a charlie horse last night. I need to eat bananas consistently. Last night I got my nails done, and tonight is our Valentine's day dinner with UNC vs Duke at 9. I hope to go to the gym Thurs/Fri/Sat.
When I was really good, I used to have a cheat meal, and it really helped. Then it turned to cheat days... and then oh look a healthy meal day! haha

I keep saying I am going to the gym today, but today never arrives. I am hungry all the time because of all the junk I am eating. I just eat and eat and eat. Monday, I ate most of a value size box of Cheez Its, just because.
I hope Friday and Saturday I can force myself to the gym. I am off next week and my goal is to get in 5 days of cardio.
I take forever to get dressed in the morning because most of my work pants are too tight
