Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I believe you can. What I do is copy the file name (under properties), click on the picture tab in the post toolbar and then paste the file name in the top box. Then I adjust the measurements to "baseline" and click on add.
honestly, mia's way sounds easier.
you have to set "alignment" to "baseline". You can also set the size there an add a border.
or you can resize once you add it to the post.
