People saying Kate Upton is fat, gives me huge motivation
So since the SI Issue i've been working out hard, I found her diet plan and am going to start doing it. Has anyone else been having more motivation from these allegations?
I'm sorry if I can't post links here, but I thought I share where I found some workouts/diet plan she does.

I don't understand why people saying that she is fat would give you more motivation...?
Unless you're prepared to stick to that workout/diet plan for the rest of your life, don't expect lasting results.
If she is considered fat, then I feel obese.
Diets only last for a short time, you need a life style change to keep it off.
