Well I feel stupid (Neutering Adult Cat Update)
So I took my cat to his wellness exam, and everything was going great. I brought up neutering to the vet, and she was telling me all about the procedure, and how to keep him clean. While she was showing me how to monitor the incision site, she picks him up, and demonstrates. Well she's feeling around his testicles, and she says, "I don't feel anything in here."
Whaaaa??? It turns out my cat is already neutered! You could have fooled me, he has what looks like very impressive testicles - that the vet said are just empty sacks. She thinks he probably got neutered 3-4 years ago based on the hair growth, and his sack just never deflated, or it did deflate and he just had huge testicles.
I had never thought to ahem, feel them, but after his appointment I did, and there really is nothing in there!
She also looked at his penis for nubs that should be there if he was intact, and there were no nubs either. I've never heard of this, but again like I said in my post earlier, I have no experience with neutering adult cats...I guess this is still true!
Anyway, I feel super stupid about this, but thank you all for your help anyway, I am sure I will probably use the information sometime in the future, just not with this kitty

Haha! I never would have thought to feel his kitty balls either!
Glad it's one less thing you have to worry about with him, though!
