Hello all!
I have been lurking here for months, and decided to finally introduce myself. The last year has been extremely difficult (especially the last half) - a whole bunch of change in a short period of time. I'm 28 years old and in the last six months have gotten married, bought a house, graduated from college, and quit the job that I held for over 10 years. I am here because I feel like I've lost myself somewhere along the way.
I have had a weight problem for as long as I can remember. I guess I'm here to get some ideas and hopefully some support to change my life in a healthy, meaningful way.
I'm sorry for the novel!
Re: Intro - a bit long
That's not a bad idea, but I have an idea about the origin of my weight problems. I have PCOS and am being treated for insulin resistance. My weight problems have a lot to do with these two issues. I lost over 65 lbs on weightwatchers before they changed to points plus. I'm thinking about going back and giving it another go. Thanks
