Need a good steakhouse rec
Hey chicks!
This will be a bit of a post and run because I'm swamped at work but can you gals recommend a few good steakhouses in Philly? I know the obvi Capital and B&S but what other ones? Would be perfect if not a chain. Money isn't really a factor but I don't want it to be like $175 pp without alcohol.
Gracias!!

Barclay Prime is definitely my favorite
I also love Davio's, but I don't think of that as a steakhouse, just northern italian
ETA - out of the chains, I am partial to The Palm

Never mind on the dress code thang. I used the google.
I think I'm going to go with Barclay Prime. I'll be with 4 others who are NYC is better than Philly snobs so I wanted to make sure we went somewhere decent. Thank you so much for all of the recs, girls. Have a great weekend!!

Butcher and Singer is one of our favorites. The crab cake is amazing.
I also really enjoyed Del Friscos. Cheesesteak Dumplings were amazing and the Porterhouse steak.
If they are from NYC, ask them if they have gone to Keen's in NYC...it is seriously old school steakhouse. http://www.keens.com/
Union Trust is closed, I think
Delfriscos blows
Barclay Prime or Cap Grille get my vote. Have heard Butcher and Singer has fallen off lately in terms of service and food.
I really enjoyed Del Frisco's. It's a chain, but a rather small one, so it dosen't have that cookie cutter feel. It's located inside of an old bank, so the interior is a little different than your typical restaurant.
And the steak and martinis are top notch.
