Room rental/clubhouse rental for small party
I am throwing my DD a B-day part in December for family (about 40 people). We don't have the room to do it at home. I am trying to find a place with tables/chair, but that we can decorate, bring in our own decorations, but am having a very hard time finding one.
Lake Mary, Longwood, Altamonte, Wintergarden and those areas are fine.
Any suggestions?

What about a golf club/wedding reception place? You might check on theknot and see if you can find someplace you can bring in food and rent for an afternoon.
Also, maybe a friend/family member has a clubhouse at their apartment or neighborhood you can rent out?
I'm in East Orlando, so I'm not sure of anything specific....GL!!
Altamonte Springs parks Westmonte and Eastmonte are available for rental, they include chairs. The meeting rooms are small, rent for $ 20 an hour.
