Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I usually have something like a whole grain waffle with almond butter for breakfast (along with a homemade green juice). I was thinking of adding something like flax, chia, or hemp seeds on top as an additional benefit. Does anyone have a preference or reasoning why I should choose one over another? I've done a little research and am leaning towards ground flax seeds, but I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say.

I use flax seeds, chia seeds, Mmca powder, spirulina, etc.
Flax and chia have different benefits so it depends on what "benefits" you're looking for.
