I have a bag of cranberries. Any ideas on what i can make that does not involve too much sugar? Has anyone ever used fresh cranberries to make juice? If so, how do you do it? TIA for your suggestions.
Re: Fresh cranberries
I like this muffin recipe and it's relatively low in sugar. I haven't made cranberry juice but would think you'd need a really big bag to get enough juice to make it worth while. I use the Breville Juicer and love it. Will have to try making cranberry juice one of these days. HTH
Ingredients:
Yum! Maybe a fresh cranberry jam? Or, maybe a cranberry sauce to go over turkey or chicken?
I like cranberries in rice pilaf or stuffing as a side dish. Or macaroons! but that's dried cranberries. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/outrageous_macaroons.html
Not sure on juice...
