Closing in 4 days, issues with lender?
our lender in Kansas City and they were closed 2 days last week, getting another blizard this week, we are scheduled to close on March 1st and I am getting nervous, what happens if our lender doesn't come thru!!

Was your seller ok with that? Did you have to pay penality or extra earnest money?
I ended up closing almost 15 days late. My seller was really understanding about it. We had no fees written into the contract. So it didn't cost me any extra.
We are supposed to close on the 28th and JUST got our appraisal report back today. After you receive that report there is usually about a week turn around before you can close, so we have to ask the sellers for an extension.
IDK if it is different where you are (I am in New York), but I was told that asking for an extension is very important, since the original closing date is in the signed contract. Your attorney asks the seller's attorney for the extension, and it is usually fairly standard, but very necessary.
