Joining the Gym
I just found out I can get a discounted gym membership for being a state employee at a gym in my town.
I think Im going to do it. Weight Watchers and gym starting Sunday or Monday.

Its only discounted by $5 a month, but hey it works.
It would be $125 to get everything started.

Dam it for living in a small town. Chris is joining with me so it will be $70 to start up and $70 a month for both of us after that.
Im so excited hes going to workout with me!! Hes got great arms and I think its hot watching him lift.
Hey for $88 a month, I think its well worth it. i wish there was a Y close to us. The closest one is in Dover and while its not that far away. Its far enough to kill my motivation. The one we are joining is only 1.5 miles from our house.
Yea, Jeff signed up in Aug. He has went 2 times. 2! One to sign up, and he went with me last month... I'm about to cancel his membership and upgrade mine. That way he can come with me for free and I can get the extras.
We decided that we are going to wait and join on April 1st. Kind of as an anniversary present to both of us. We owe on our taxes and we need to focus on getting the house on the market in March.
Plus baseball practices will be starting so it will be easier for us to slip away for an hour to hit the gym before practice is over. We can have a workout, baseball practice and dinner done by 7pm when the Phillies games start. That makes me a very happy girl.
