Have a great weekend

I am planning a pretty quiet weekend at home. A few errands to run, church (twice if I can shake this cough, as I am scheduled to cantor tomorrow), and laundry. Might try making a fun dessert with the kids tomorrow in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday.

I hope that everyone has a great weekend!

Our weekend is shaping up to be pretty busy with lots of little projects. Hopefully we can get them all accomplished! And I'd love to get some time outside while it's pretty nice out. Fingers crossed I get to sleep in or take a nap one of these days, too!

    Have a great weekend!

  • had a great weekend in RI - mellow friday night, Irish 5K Saturday in Pawtucket followed by the parade, birthday party for a family friend, good friend over for drinks. Woke up today with a raging sore throat though.... We're back in NY now and I'm hoping to finish preparing everything for tomorrow and heading to bed early for some rest.

  • I ended up missing church all together this weekend. My son's pink eye cleared up on Friday, but I woke up with it on Saturday. Add in a wheezing cough, and I just could not handle mass, nevermind singing! But, I have a double dose of Catholic guilt for missing mass, not once, but twice this weekend... even though I was really sick and under no obligation to go.

Got barely anything done this weekend. Going to be playing a lot of catch up this week!
