Is it appropriate to wear slacks to a winter wedding?
The weather will be 20 degrees. I'm planning on wearing a dress but it has crossed my mind to wear slacks. Not sure if it's appropriate?

Use the time of day of the wedding/reception as your guide. Also, use the invite's style as your guide...is it more casual or formal. Look up the reception website...what's it like. And, lastly, if the Bride has a wedding website check that out and you may get some clues to appropriate dress.
If you're dealing with a wedding and reception in the day time, nice pants are probably okay. But anything in the evening warrants more dressy attire IMHO.
