Hey ladies! I saw where you were wondering about Rodney and me. So far things are going pretty good. Hectic but good. He was getting fussy and spitting up a lot so the dr asked how much dairy I was eating and asked me to try giving it up. Later Wayne and I figured dairy was most of my diet. I made it 4 days and on day 5 I caved and had loaded potato skins from cheddars. Pretty sure there was dairy in all that cheesy goodness!
So long story short, we are EFF now. It breaks my heart but he is such a happy baby now! He's recently started STTN which is awesome, but I still wake up a million times a night to make sure he's still breathing! The other night he slept from 8pm-7:30am!
We did have a scare today though! I decided it would be fun to trek the 2 hours to go to Carter's (that's the closest one) to return the clothes from our shower we didn't need/want. While there I changed a wet diaper that had some pink in it and I freaked thinking it was blood. I called the pedi and she said it was probably just some uric acid and nothing to worry about but sent me to the children's hospital where we were (Madeline I do not like that end if town, btw!) to have it checked out. Turned out the pedi was right and it's normal/common to happen and nothing to worry about. Scariest day of my life!
Rodney's 2 month well check went great on Monday though. He's growing right along! He weighed in at 13 lbs 2 oz and 24 inches long! He's hit all of his milestones they checked for and the dr said she couldn't be happier about his growth curves. He's eating more than she thinks he should (32+ oz of thickened formula a day) but that she is tickled with his progress so keep doing what we're doing. I think that's about all that's happened in our neck of the woods! Wayne is still traveling (probably another year and a half or more to go) and I think we'll be going to Georgia with him next week!!
Re: Quick update
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!

I know I ended up on 18th street and I think Mooberry (which was funny to hear my GPS say) was when I got off the interstate. I'm not sure where Parsons is. But it's on the rough end and always makes me nervous, even more so with a baby! Then we had to go through a metal detector to get in.
Happy to hear that you all are doing well. I hear ya on the dairy! That would be so hard to do!
Hope everythine continues to go well!!! Have fun in Georgia!

Not weird. I creep on the board when I can but it's generally dead around here and time is limited.
