Hi! This year... for the first time ever in my six year marriage I am hosting Easter!
Agreed to swap with SIL for Thanksgiving - which is usually my holiday.
Please share any and all decorating, cooking and dessert/appetizer ideas. Am not sure yet whether doing lamb or spiral ham. Am hosting for 13 pp. - BTW.
Thank you!

Re: Easter!!!
my family is italian and greek --- so we incorporate both recipes.
We start with antipasto (veggies, olives, etc), then we do greek style lamb (with garlic), fettucini or other wide-noodle pasta with sauce, some sort of vegetable (broccoli, asparagus -- the asparagus recipe above sounds great!). green salad and then desserts! (cookies, cannolis, ricotta cheesecake, etc)

Yum! Sounds so good. I love Lamb.
Am trying still to get in the Easter mood... we were blanketed with snow Monday and now we're expecting more. Sigh.
