Have you ever gotten so mad at customer service that you completely lost it and went off on them?

Re: QOTD 3/11
I have a couple of times:
1- when i was changing the name on my credit cards after we were married, the woman kept putting me on hold to verify that it was ok to change my name then she started withi had requested a name change and new card but at the same time they upgraded my credit card and were sending me a new one, so i was going to receive two cards and the woman kept saying she couldnt issue me one with my new name bc one was already on the way and i was like seriously send me the new one and i promise i will not use the "upgraded" one...
2- the newspaper company keeps calling me as a "former subscriber" and i have to keep telling them over and over im not a former subscriber, i had changed my subsricption from everyday to just Sundays but the idiot on the phone did it wrong the first time and instead of changing it, she cancelled it and basically made me a new customer. Everytime they call i re-explain it to them and they say they will put a do not call on my account, but they still call so i yell at them!
As for customer service in a store i try and remain as calm as i can, i worked in a grocery store for years and then the mall so i would hate when people would yell or get mad at me for things i couldnt control...
I did it yesterday at the casino. They screwed all kinds of things up and we had to wait so long for things to get down. They promised us stuff and then said that they couldn't do it. I started yelling at them. I used the f-bomb alot and told them that this experience made me never want to come back. It finally got straightened out but we wasted so much time.
Yes. I needed an external hard drive a few years ago and a friend's father told me about some technology website that sold items at a discount. They sent me the wrong item (just a case) when the listing was for an entire hard drive. Every time I called the company they didn't have customer service hours. When I finally got through, they told me it was my mistake and I couldn't get a refund. I kept trying to speak to a supervisor who was never there. I blew up on the rep finally (after like my 4th attempt) and they put me through to the supervisor, who I blew up on even worse. He immediately gave me a refund before I mailed back the case.
In person, I try not to blow up at them. I will get snippy with them at times, but I try to be patient because I have been in their position.
