Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WTF Wednesday
WTF Health Center - Thank you for yelling at me Monday for missing my appt on the 11th. Ummm it was the 11th! I was even there are 0715 like you said, only you didn't open the doors until 0730. And then the Dr asked me no less than 5 times if I smoked. Negative, even though I've had bronchitis countless times, pneumonia and other breathing issues... they would be 10000000000 times worse if I did smoke. Oh and good job being 5.5 years too late for my new hire physical!
