Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on my crazy MIL shower story
So she's no longer hosting a shower after we expressed our opinions that it was weird, especially after her telling us she planned on opening the gifts for us. (Whhhaaat?)
So now she's inviting 7 of her friends to my Mom's house shower and PROVIDING A VAN to carry them all. LOL!!! She wants my Mom to put "Transportation from (MIL town) provided by (MIL)" right on the invitations. I told my Mom not to tacky her fancy invitations up and just put inserts in those envelopes. Why she can't email her friends this information, I have no idea.
The positive to all of this is that she is offering to help my Mom contribute to the shower and I guess that's 7 additional people who will be 'contributing' to the 'twins-in-need-of-stuff fund'. Although I won't be surprised if it's all handmade and I'll want to throw it out the window. Apparently MIL doesn't like where we are registered (BRU, BBB, Amazon).
So much for having an intimate afternoon with my close family & friends. I can only hope that some of them decline ;-)
