Mexico.

H and I have been talking about going to Mexico to where I volunteered at an orphanage for 5 years before I met him, to visit, for the past 2 years. We finally decided that money or not its time to make it happen, because if we wait, we could be waiting a long time and we can figure out how to do it on the cheap anyways. Well....for the past 6 years I have kept an eye on seat sales to San Diego (where in the past I have just bussed the 5 hour trip into Mexico), and today one popped up for MAY!!! $300 round trip for 2 of us! That's even cheaper then driving would have been and this we can spend the whole 10 days in Mexico instead of spending 6 of them driving and only 4 of them there! After a long winter in a job that has been more challenging then expected and with H being laid off for 2 months now.....its so nice to have something to look forward to!

Oh and wish me luck, I have an interview tomorrow to turn my contract job into a permanent part time position. I don't really want it, but I need the money, so I kind of need it until I can find something else, otherwise I will be unemployed at the end of the month.
