Random Acts of Kindness vs. Commom Courtesy
Seeing a post on the Baltimore Bump got me thinking. What is the difference between common courtesy/being a good neighbor and a random act of kindness? For instance, holding a door for someone has been called a random act of kindness, but my parents would have called it common courtesy.

Also agreeing with Gracie. If someone pays for something out of the blue or leaves change at a vending machine and a little note, that is a random act to me.
