Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Has anyone heard of this? A coworker mentioned it a few days ago, then today and close friend posted on Facebook that she was on day 3. When I commented asking about it, she texted me a picture explaining it.
Basically, it's a 30 day squat challenge. You start at 50 squats and increase by 5 a day with a break day every few. I tried it out this evening.

I've heard of it. There's also a 100 push up challenge where you keep building to 100 push ups.

Thanks! I did my squats this morning as soon as I got out of bed so I couldn't find an excuse to quit. That's my plan for the next 28 days.
Mana, I am going to look into this push up challenge also. I need to build my upper body
