As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Trying to decide to sell or not.....
If anyone can help us, it would be great. We bought a flipped house two years ago. We had a new roof put on as well as new siding due to hail damage in 2011 which was about 30K worth of work done. Does anyone know anything about where the market is going in the Twin Cities? Any experience selling/buying in 2013? Any input is appreciated!
