OK ladies ... I need to get serious about my appearance. I wear Neutrogena liquid concealer with Cover Girl loose translucent powder. Neutral lip stick, black eyeliner.
I don't have a lot to budget towards a new look, so I need a crash course. I learned how to apply makeup from my girlfriends in middle school. I have no idea what I'm doing & it shows.
What do you recommend for a girl on a budget with combination oily skin prone to acne? I'm going for Grown-Up Serious Business Woman ... because my look right now is not doing me justice in my competitive work environment. HALP!
I've seen mention of YouTube videos ... but I don't even know what to search for to find a neutral daytime look for a conservative work place.
