ummm.... I ran C25K W1 with my friend Wednesday. It was COLD, we ran outside so we could take her baby. I'm on W2, but she's just starting out. And I forgot how much hard running outside on hills was!
That's all I got. I got my headache Thursday into Friday, and Saturday I cleaned the house.

I've been really good about tracking my calories on My Fitness Pal. I think I'm on my 16th day tracking? I'm always running up and down the steps at work so that helps. I joined the Y! So I'm headed in the right direction...hopefully. lol

Im back on Weight Watchers full time again and I will be joining a gym at the beginning of April.
I might get use the 7 day free trial first though. I can sign up now, but when I add Chris on it they will charge me $20 for his key fob inste
I think I need to stop with the squats. my is getting larger not smaller!!
back to my good diet and running. although my ankle is still bothering me sometimes so running isn't always easy.
