Name Eye Creams that Work
Is there an eye cream toy like that works well that is not too thick in texture and does not sting? I find some to be a little harsh.
Also, a long time ago there was a woman on Oprah's show who was in her 60's who strictly used Preparation H under her eyes and got great results. She looked in her 40's.
Has anyone here used Preparation H as an under eye treatment?
