What's on the menu this week? Anything good for Easter?
Sunday: I was lazy and grabbed a dinner at Trader Joe's.
Monday: some sort of chicken with sweet potato fries and broccoli
Tuesday: TJ's beef barley soup for me, this for the kiddo. I just hate broccoli.
Wednesday: crock pot pulled pork sandwiches
Thursday: dinner at MIL's
Friday: unsure, likely leftover pulled pork
Saturday: either take out or something easy. I have two cakes to make for the next day
I did a test run yesterday of a cream cheese coffee cake. It was delicious and I'm making two of them, one for each house we're going to.
I'm also baking a lasagna for a friend who just had a baby on Friday and dropping it off for her on Sunday.
