Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm this close to loosing it and with the economy I feel like I can't just get up and look for another job!
The company itself has really good traits, but the department I'm in is hell! There are 7 out of 10 of us that are really close and the other three try to get us in trouble all the time. Emp. 1 is just a witch she has no manners and when I first started her first words to me were "Are you done with my wk" at this time I didn't know it was her wk and I didn't know who she was. Emp 2. Is Bi-Polar, no kidding. One minute she tells on you the other she is offering peanuts, mittens and candy. She told the IT dept that iwas charging my MP3 player on my comp. I didn't know that was not allowed I was told not to download anything and I wasn't. Emp. 3 she is really nice, but tags along with 1&2
We are not allowed to talk at all and if we do the boss will ask us if we have enough work. emp. 1,2 & 3 talk all the time!
Boss picks on a new one of us each week! It seems to be my turn now and I have only been here for 3 mnts. She has very poor training skills and I have to ask her a million quests. When we set up an acct. together I had questions, because it seemed weird to me, but she is the boss. Now I need to credit and rebill all of them, cause they are wrong and she does not remember helping me. Then she tells me I have been here for 14 years and I know better. I replied "well I have been here for 3 mnths and I would never set a new acct. up without your help, because I don't know how".
she has a real attitude towards the 7 of us and only talks to the other 3 who do nothing but kiss ass and tell on us like 5 year olds.
I know that I should just suck it up and learn to work with them, but man is your boss really supposed to act like this. We all recently had talks with her boss (after an incident emp.2 caused), but I think it made it worse and she is even more mad at us..go figure! What would you do?
