Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think my karma kicked in tonite
With my house!!! My neighbor two doors down rents and the guy she rents from has decided to stay permanently where he is and wants to sell. We've become friend with said neighbor, she has two boys, similar parenting, blah blah blah. I over heard her telling this to her neighbor on the other side two days ago. So I approached her today and they want to move in here!!! NO ***! When does she want to move? August! You mean the same month I want to move? Finally some good news! I'm really excited all these pieces came into play. The husband and John have become acquaintances and we all feel really good about it. Now to draft up a good lease and move on with our lives.
Oh and also, we're hoping to rent for 5 years, that's when John will find out if he has tenure and we will want to buy or move. I'm over the moon that every thing seems to be falling into place.
