As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Just closed on two foreclosure homes.
We finally closed on two foreclosure homes last week. We put in offers in January but ran into trouble with financing because the roofs were old. I wrote about my experience in my blog:
