As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. We built a Ryan Home in 2011, if you have any questions. We're in MD, and got the venice model. We love it. We've only had minor issues that Ryan fixed quickly and free. Like in the fall we had signs of water damage in the kitchen from the master bathroom. They called the plumber/drywaller, and they called us to schedule. It was just a leak in the shower.

The Venice model is nice, but we have a pool table and with the way the steps are, there wasn't enough room in the basement. We are considering the Oakmont and Savoy models.
Ohhh we didn't have those model choices! We had Mulan, Venice, Sienna, and Florence. I liked having the w/d on the second floor which is what make us go from florance to Venice. And the extra bedroom.
