Beef and venison recipes
Hi ladies! Newbie here. What are some of your favorite lighter red meat recipes? DH went hunting last fall and then my FIL decided to buy half a cow to share with the family, so I now have a freezer full of every cut of beef and venison known to man lol 
There are only so many hamburgers, tacos and steaks I can handle. So tell me, what are some of your favorite recipes to lighten up red meat?

We get 1/4 of a cow each year, and run into the same problems as you after a while. Here are a few of my red meat options. Some are light, and others are just something different because I get bored with the usual.
Steak and Tougher
TTC since 1/13 DX:PCOS 5/13 (long, anovulatory cycles)
